Does the boat have speakers?

Yes, Bluetooth Music. Connect your device for personalized playlists.

Does it include food and drinks?

We can provide catering and drinks packages for an additional cost or you can bring your own. Recommended easy-to-eat options.

What happens if it rains?

We sail rain or shine. Cancellations only in unsafe conditions.

Does the boat have a bathroom?

Yes, with usage guidelines.

Where is the pick up location?

Depending on the boat you pick: Miami Beach Marina, Bayside (downtown Miami), Sea Isle Marina (downtown Miami) or Miami River.

Can you pick us up in a private house?

Unfortunately, we’re not allowed to do pickups from private homes due to regulations. Thank you for understanding!

Can we be picked/dropped off somewhere else?

If there is a marina and it is allowed we can do that for an additional fee.

What is the itinerary?

We have various destinations like Monument Island, Fisher Island, Marine Stadium, etc. We will cruise Biscayne Bay, you will see mansions of celebrities and Star Island and then we will do a swim stop.

Is there parking available?

Most of the marinas have plenty of parking. We recommend ride-sharing services.

Can we bring decorations?

Allowed within time constraints and eco-friendly guidelines.

Can we go to a sandbar?

Yes, sandbar stops are available on most charters. The exact location will depend on the duration of your booking and the weather/tide conditions on the day of your trip. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to include a sandbar stop so the captain can plan accordingly.

Can you bring children onboard?

Yes, of course! Children are allowed on board and counted as a passenger. If you plan on bringing children the day of your charter, please let us know in advance to provide proper life vests and equipment.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets, However most of our yachts do not allow them on board. Please ask our Experience Experts which yachts allow pets.

Once we receive your details, our team will confirm availability and send you a payment link or deposit request to secure your date.

What’s the cancellation policy?

This agreement is not cancellable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions, a full refund, a rain check, or credit of the charter fee will be issued with no expiration.
We try our best to keep our boats and yachts in perfect condition however in certain circumstances boats do break and it is out of our control. By accepting this reservation, you understand that should there be a problem with this boat, Moana Flow Miami is authorized to change you to a boat of similar size and price.

Is Gratuity included?

18-20% Gratuity is paid after your charter for the most boats. It will be shared amongst those staff who help provide and support your charter experience, including all waitstaff, captains, stewards, mates, and housekeeping staff across the fleet.

How do I pay my final balance?

You can pay with credit or debit card, wire transfer, Zelle, or Cash. Credit cards have a maximum of $2000. Balance can be paid with the other different methods.
