Cancellation Policy

We understand that weather and unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• Rain Conditions: If there is an 80% chance of rain or higher (average during your rental period), based on Miami Beach as the location and determined by the Google Weather App, you are eligible for a weather-related cancellation.
• The percentage is calculated using the average hourly rain probability for the total hours of your rental period.
• Wind Conditions: If winds are forecasted at 25 mph or higher (average hourly during your rental period) in Miami Beach, based on the Google Maps Weather App, you are also eligible for a weather-related cancellation.
• As a reference, we use the Google Weather (hourly) website for all weather verification.

Refunds and Credits

• Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend and provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice, we will issue a credit voucher valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.
